Welcome to Pro.G.I.! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pro.G.I.. We operate this store and website to provide you with access to our premium protein balls and related services (the “Services”). Pro.G.I. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to securely provide these Services to you.

By visiting, purchasing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory to use our Services or purchase from us. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a purchase, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Pro.G.I. protein balls are handmade perishable goods. We do our best to describe and display products accurately, but variations may occur. Photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & RETURNS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• Refunds & Returns: Because our products are food-based and perishable, we generally cannot accept returns once items are opened or consumed. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

• First Order Risk-Free Guarantee: If it’s your first time ordering and you don’t love Pro.G.I., we’ll refund your order in full — no questions asked. See Refund Policy for instructions.

• Orders may not be cancelled once shipped.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Shipping and taxes (if applicable) will be added at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to charge your payment method for your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to the Perth Metro Area via third-party carriers. Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Pro.G.I. website (brand, logo, text, images, product names, etc.) is the property of Pro.G.I. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Shopify powers our store. Some features may link to or integrate with third-party services, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Pro.G.I. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of WA.
