Pro.G.I. Refund & Returns Policy
At Pro.G.I., we want you to feel confident trying our products and excited about every order. Because our protein balls are perishable food items, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. However, we stand by the quality of our products and will always work with you if something isn’t right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at michael@progi.com.au if:

Your order arrives damaged

You receive the wrong product

There is a quality issue with your items
We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll provide either a replacement order or a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are freshly made, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods (all Pro.G.I. protein balls), sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at michael@progi.com.au.
Exchanges
Because we sell perishable goods, exchanges are not available. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as outlined above.
