Shipping Policy – Pro.G.I.

Shipping Area

At this stage, Pro.G.I. only ships to the Perth Metro Area (Western Australia). If you place an order outside this area, we’ll get in touch to cancel and refund your purchase.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the Perth Metro Area.

• Deliveries are made during standard business hours. Please provide an address where someone can receive the order, or safe drop-off instructions.

Shipping Costs

• Flat-rate shipping: $9.95 per order.

• Free delivery may apply on promotional offers and orders over $100.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us immediately at michael@progi.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Some orders may include tracking if delivered via courier.

Special Notes

• Because our products are perishable, please ensure someone can collect your order promptly. We cannot accept responsibility for products left unattended for extended periods.

• We currently do not ship interstate or internationally.
